We are looking for a Sales Supervisor for a Logistic company, that will be focusing on conducting b2b sales for their product and services. This position will be expected to be able to drive B2B sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our company's growth.

Job Description:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within the domestic logistics market, utilizing cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events to generate leads.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop a proactive sales strategy to approach new business opportunities and create tailored proposals for prospective clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring clients are satisfied with the solutions provided.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other divisions to ensure the successful implementation of services sold and to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the logistics or supply chain sectors.
  • Strong track record of success in hunting new business and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage C-level executives.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
