Your Focus
We’re seeking a Sales Support (Fine Fragrances) who thrives on organization, collaboration, and making things happen behind the scenes. Join a team where your attention to detail and proactive mindset will directly support the success of our regional sales operations and help bring innovative fragrance solutions to life.
How You Will Contribute
- Communication: Provide professional support to clients and Account Managers, manage internal coordination, maintain organized records, handle customer issues, and deliver timely updates on projects and orders.
- Project Management: Input and manage project data, coordinate sample shipments, handle product base requests, track commercial wins, and manage pricing and logistics tasks.
- Order Management: Process technical documents, register product details in SAP, ensure timely order fulfilment, monitor order status, and update client account information.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
- Strategic Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, data-driven decision-making, effective prioritization, problem-solving with diplomacy, and attention to detail in pricing and numerical tasks.
- Operational Skills: Clear and concise communication, with a focus on high-priority tasks and efficient time use.
- Organizational Awareness: Adaptable to new challenges and knowledgeable about internal structures and processes.
- Personal & Interpersonal Skills: Customer-focused, collaborative, skilled in communication, and capable of negotiating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your Core Strength
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Support role
- Familiarity with SAP, PUMA, and Excel is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; fluency in a secondary local language is an added advantage.
