Main Responsibilities / Tanggung Jawab Utama
1. Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies.
2. Communicate with customers to answer customer's questions, provide information, and evaluate their needs.
3. Manage marketing content, including advertising materials, brochures and other promotional materials.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
5. Prepare tender documents
6. Preparing data for developing strategies.
7. Perform cost and benefit analysis for active and potential consumers in meeting their needs
General Responsibilities / Tanggung Jawab Umum
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualification / Kualifikasi
1. Min Diploma 3 / Bachelor Degree
2.Have at least 1 year experience in the field of freight forwarding
3. Have a good skill communication
4. Active and Passive English
5. Know about MK3L
