Job Purpose:
To increase student enrollment and promote a positive image of the school through effective marketing strategies, both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promotion & Branding:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the school.
- Build a strong and positive school image through social media, website, brochures, and other media.
- Create promotional materials such as profile videos, testimonials, and creative content.
- Student Recruitment:
- Manage the student admission process.
- Organize and coordinate open house events, trial classes, and school presentations.
- Monitor and report on prospective student data and admissions progress.
- Public Relations:
- Build and maintain good relationships with parents, prospective students, alumni, and partners.
- Represent the school in external events or education fairs.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage the school’s social media accounts and website.
- Create engaging digital content to attract potential students and parents.
- Analyze the performance of digital campaigns (ads, engagement, traffic, etc.).
- Event Management:
- Organize promotional events such as education seminars, competitions, or workshops.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the success of school events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Education).
- Experience in marketing or sales (preferably in the education sector).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Creative, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Proficient in social media platforms, basic design tools (e.g., Canva), and digital marketing tools (optional but preferred).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willing to work flexible hours and attend events outside regular working hours if needed.
