Position Summary:
Sout East Asia Data Entry focused on supporting Sales Representative on a daily administrative and system-oriented basis, as well to liaise to another department to ensure requests and daily operations are done in a consecutive manner.
Day to Day Activity as SEA Data Entry
- Handling data entry Export ID Quiksilver, Roxy, DC and Export AU Billabong and RVCA for e commerce platform such Zalora ID, Blibli, dan Stream.
- Conduct order maintenance Quiksilver, Roxy, DC and Export AU Billabong dan RVCA for e commerce platform such Zalora ID, Blibli, dan Stream.
- Act as a shipment coordinator for Boardriders
- Create and submit Export WS ID Quiksilver, Roxy, and DC weekly report
Required Education, Experience, and Skill:
Education: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome
Skill necessary:
- Required language(s): English
- Comfortable working with numbers, organized, strong analytical skills, good detail orientation
- Strong coordination & interpersonal skill
- Proficient in MS Excel, sufficient in SAP/other ERP is a plus
- Team player and a quick learner
- Willing to be placed in Bali
