About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Partnerships & Events team member to grow and manage strategic relationships that will drive business growth and brand presence for Klook in Indonesia. This role will focus on identifying, securing, and managing co-brand partnerships across banking, payments, tourism boards, and lifestyle brands, while collaborating closely with internal teams to create impactful campaigns and activations.
What’ll you do:
Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships with domestic and international banks, payment providers, tourism boards, and other relevant partners across Indonesia.
Drive partnership-led marketing initiatives, from ideation to execution, including co-branded campaigns and promotional activations.
Analyze data and insights from partnership campaigns to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
Stay on top of industry and market trends to anticipate shifts and spot potential areas for collaboration and innovation.
Collaborate with the legal team to review, draft, and manage partnership agreements and contracts.
Monitor and evaluate partnership KPIs, track campaign performance, and generate insights-driven reports with actionable recommendations.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Tech, Design, and Business Development to deliver seamless partnership execution.
Proactively identify brand partners that align with Klook’s positioning to expand brand visibility and reach.
Support the planning and execution of offline partnership activations and events by securing relevant partner participation.
What’ll you need:
Minimum 4 years of experience in bank, brand, or strategic partnerships, preferably in travel, fintech, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to inform decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
Results-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Self-starter with a go-getter attitude, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and skilled at prioritizing work effectively.
Passionate about travel, partnerships, and building brand presence.
