Responsibilities:
- Managing staff attendance using the software that the organization used
- Setup HR policy and the implementation
- BPJS handling (registration and maintenance)
- Setup grooming policy across the organization following the org.chart
- Introducing org.chart formally across organization
- Planning and implementing internal and external training related to each team member KPI (both soft skills and hard skills)
- Setup KPI format
- Employee probation review, quarterly review and annual review
- Determine together the company rewards policy
- Recruitment , and setup the recruitment process in order to achieve recruitment's KPI
- Other related HR tasks such as participate in job fair, HR networking, etc
- Working side by side with Learning and Development HR
Qualifications:
- Previous career as HRBP in fast-moving retail F&B is preferred
- Highly organize, Tech-savvy (using HR software & other organizing tools is mandatory)
- Speak fluent English, can speak Japanese is a plus
- Young, ambitious, and have high integrity to respect each other privacy and sensitive information
- Career driven & People person
- Action talk louder than long planner
