As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow market share and enhance customer experience. You will lead efforts to manage and elevate the product team’s capabilities, monitor and drive product performance improvements, prioritize and plan product roadmaps based on customer needs, and independently manage multiple products to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with business owner to determine business need and assess competitors
Assist in analyzing revenue generators and determining if the product is scalable (strategies for growth).
Ensure that Product Managers (PM) and Associate Product Managers (APM) conduct research and benchmarking (review their reports)
Create high level requirement and define MVP, identify potential trade off to existing roadmap
Prioritize products based on the existing timeline (determine which can be advanced or delayed).
Conduct discussion with stakeholders to share concept and receive feedback about the upcoming initiative
Create user story, user acceptance criteria, and finalize Product Requirement Document (PRD)
Work together with product designers to finalize flows, wireframes, and high fidelity designs
Communicate PRD to squad and get involved in all scrum events
Coordinate with respective teams regarding product launch
Review the completed market plan checklist
Manage testing in production to detect issues and communicate necessary fixes to squad
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in an environment known for best-in-class products and services. Experience handling payment system is a strong advantage.
Solid knowledge of software development, business processes, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) development and monitoring.
Proficient in using product development tools such as Jira and Trello.
Strong research skills and hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
In-depth understanding of product management practices and principles.
