Position: Service Advisor
Location: Jakarta
Job Type: Full-Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement the experiential service reception process and ensure effective delivery.
Achieve monthly operational targets and be accountable for results.
Execute after-sales marketing activities and meet assigned personal goals.
Handle on-site customer complaints in a timely and professional manner; ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Ensure the implementation of 5S principles and safety management practices at the service site.
Perform other duties as assigned by management, including ad-hoc and temporary tasks.
Qualifications:
Diploma or higher in Automotive Repair or related field.
Background in Marketing Management, Automotive Application & Repair, or Automotive Repair Technology is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service reception in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive structures, service etiquette, and customer reception processes.
Possess a valid driver’s license and have proficient driving skills.
Skilled in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
