About the role
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to internal stakeholders across the region. Reporting to the Director of Finance – Asia, you will play a key role in managing service performance, building strong stakeholder relationships, and implementing improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the delivery of services in alignment with WLAs and SLAs.
- Monitor team performance and proactively address service issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for service-related inquiries and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Manage and develop service delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Oversee the adoption of new technologies and process enhancements.
- Prepare and present service performance reports and maintain accurate documentation.
About you
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in service delivery or project management, leading diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of service management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional environments.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with JDE ERP systems, cloud services, managed services, or SaaS.
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring systems.
Working Conditions
- Occasional travel to operational sites may be required.
- May involve after-hours support or on-call duties depending on service needs.
