- Develop strategic proposals to support client needs.
- Design creative marketing strategies and campaigns across platforms (TV, Digital, & Activation).
- Coordinate with the sales team during project pitching and client negotiations.
- Collaborate with other units within KG Media for specific projects.
- Supervise the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms and client deliverables.
- Create product innovations and enhance project value.
- Deliver engaging project presentations to clients.
- Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Management, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in developing marketing business plans and executing campaign activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Confident, hardworking, and passionate about creative marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with a visionary mindset to guide and grow the team.
