Strategic Development Senior Manager will play a key role in the pursuit of opportunities across the end-to-end transaction lifecycle. Including the sourcing, assessment & execution of strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, and portfolio purchases, and will also support fundraising and investor-related activity. Conduct wider strategic analysis and market research, and develop relationships with external advisers.

- Keep track of the company's corporate development pipeline, helping to identify, qualify, and monitor opportunities and advise the C-level with insights on competitor movements and startup ecosystems.
- Lead fundraising initiatives, including relationship building with investors and capital providers, preparation of materials, and negotiation processes.
- Maintain regular cadence of board and investor reporting, providing transparent updates on company performance and strategic progress.
- Monitor external markets for M&A opportunities, investment targets, and strategic partnerships that align with business objectives.
- Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and investment thesis evaluation for potential deals.
- Represent the company within the Southeast Asian startup and investment ecosystem, building meaningful relationships and positioning the company as a key industry player.
- Collaborate across departments to align investment or partnership strategies with core business priorities.
- Produce logical and compelling presentations that explain analyses to support executive and board decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with honors from a top-tier university; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, corporate development, or VC/PE.
- Proven ability to conduct quantitative and financial analyses, including investment modeling and scenario planning.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to translate data and insights into executive-level recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering presentations to C-level and board-level stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working across functions and external partners.
- Proactive and independent, with a self-starter attitude and high ownership mindset.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
