1. Project Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end strategy engagements, including corporate strategy, growth strategy, and PMI (Post-Merger Integration), for Indonesian and multinational companies.
- Act as a manager of strategy projects, managing internal teams and coordinating client stakeholders across business units and functions.
- Develop insights and strategic recommendations through in-depth market research, market needs and competitive analysis, etc.
- Design and implement PMI roadmaps, synergy tracking mechanisms, and change management plans post-acquisition.
- Facilitate executive workshops and board-level presentations to align key stakeholders on strategic directions.
- Prospecting: Continuous expansion of relationship beyond existing clients base, Establish/maintain strong relationship with existing clients to identify new opportunities
- Pre-sales: Develop discussion materials and proposals and convince and agree with the clients
3. Team Management:
- Team Building through Mentoring and coaching junior consultants and analysts in daily work and long-term development.
- Self-development: Continue learning and developing new skills to support the company's upcoming projects.
Qualifications:
- Have 9+ years of work experience.
- Have working experiences in business consulting firms.
- Over 3 years of work experience as a Manager in a Consulting firm.
- Having solid consulting skills in Business Strategy, Growth Strategy or Post Merger Integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to lead hypothesis-driven approaches and data-based analysis.
- Have strong integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as consultant.
- Communication Skills to convey complex concepts and gain buy-in.
