Responsibilities:
- Lead preparation of weekly cadences, providing of timely, accurate information and campaign performance monitoring to support data-driven decision making.
- Lead user growth project implementation and market expansion initiatives.
- Prepare launch plan, manage the execution, propose operational flow for cross functional processes, prepare dashboard and reporting to monitor performance tracking post launch.
- Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop analysis that lead to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of incentives and operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization for various processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant workstream (E-commerce, Logistics, Management Consulting, Project Management, Startup, etc.).
- Experience in user acquisition and customer lifecycle management is a plus.
- Strong in operationalization / execution and able to manage projects end to end, including managing mid-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers - basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently while building strong relationships across teams.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English is a must, with the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
