We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality & Compliance Specialist to oversee and improve operational compliance and quality standards across our express logistics network. This role ensures that our services consistently meet internal benchmarks and regulatory requirements while driving initiatives to reduce errors and improve service reliability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and compliance protocols across operational hubs.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate service failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead initiatives to reduce operational defects (e.g., misroutes, delays, damage) and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain updated documentation on quality policies, audit results, and compliance records.
- Deliver training and awareness programs related to quality standards and compliance practices.
- Liaise with government or regulatory agencies when needed to ensure lawful operations.
