Oversee daily cash flow and payment activities, including LC payments and discounting. Manage bank guarantees, financing facilities, and treasury reports such as forex and vendor financing. Handle fund disbursements, process payments with proper documentation, and monitor cashier operations and administration.
Requirement
- Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, or management.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Strong knowledge of economic, accounting practices, banking, and financial analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with internet/mobile banking and SAP is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, high integrity, and the ability to work both independently or in a team environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow planning and payments activities, including Letter of Credit (LC) Payment and discounting processes
- Manage bank guarantees (BG), bank facilities, and supplier financing
- Conduct treasury reporting activities, including foreign exchange (forex), umbrella facilities, vendor financing, and support continuous improvement projects
- Perform payment processing and related documentation
- Manage operational fund disbursement activities
- Monitor and analyze cashier activities and administration
