As a UX Creative Writer at GoPay, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping how users experience our product through words. Your work will breathe life and personality into our in-app copies, push notifications, and marketing visuals. You’ll collaborate closely with product marketing managers and graphic designers to turn complex ideas into simple, human messages. What you will do
- Execute copy across multiple channels and formats while maintaining consistency in tone and voice.
- Develop engaging and user-friendly messaging for push notifications, inbox messages, and newsletters to drive user engagement.
- Write compelling marketing copy for key visuals and campaign assets that resonate with our diverse audience.
- Collaborate with product marketing managers to ensure the messaging aligns and accurately reflects the product value propositions.
- Ensure that copy and visual elements are seamlessly integrated by partnering closely with graphic designers.
What you will need
- 2+ years experience in copywriting, UX writing, or content strategy preferably in the tech industry.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Portfolio demonstrating ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content across digital channels.
- Culturally aware and trend-savvy, up to date with internet culture, social media lingo, and the evolving way humans communicate.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
