We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Vendor Administrator to support our wedding organizer operations. This role will be responsible for handling vendor contracts, maintaining databases, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth coordination between vendors, venues, and internal teams. The ideal candidate has a background in hospitality, business administration, or events, with strong administrative and reporting skills.
Requirements:
- Male or Female
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree, preferably in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with vendors, venues, and internal teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or wedding industry is an advantage
- Professional, reliable, and a team player
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
