Description
The Wellness Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the resort's gym and wellness programs, ensuring the effective delivery of wellness services, and coordinating a team of wellness and fitness professionals. This role is key in executing wellness programs as set by the Spa Director, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring guests receive engaging, purposeful, and high-quality wellness experiences.Key Responsibilities
- Guide guest through the wellness facilities, explaining amenities and procedure
- Manage booking, schedules, phone call, and reply to guest inquiries
- Efficiently organize appointment
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns quickly
- Promote wellness products and packages, explaining benefits to guest
- Gather guest feedback to improve service and report to the Spa leaders
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Indonesian citizen, ideally has Therapist certification.
- Proven experience in wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of wellness programs, fitness techniques, and holistic wellness practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs and activities simultaneously.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of wellness professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest wellness trends and integrate them into the program offering.
