Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full editorial workflow of scholarly publications
- Coordinate end-to-end processes for journals targeting Scopus indexing
- Conduct academic content development and research support
- Lead the launch and setup of new academic journal titles
- Run recruitment
- Website, Wordpress and SEO knowledge
- Handle all administrative and operational aspects of journal management
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Background in academic writing, analysis, or research work
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree holders are encouraged to apply
- Role is not suitable for PhD graduates
- Hands-on experience with Scopus or Web of Science publishing procedures
- Prior involvement in managing editorial teams or journal systems
- Sales or client acquisition experience is highly desirable
