Responsibilities
Your role within the organisation will be mainly working with the Accounting, Tax, and Sales teams to facilitate the invoicing process. Your daily tasks are performed from our office in Biomedical Campus, BSD, Tangerang. This role involves being responsible for the invoicing process to customers, maintaining a good relationship with our customers and the Sales team, and continuously improving and refining the internal process while growing alongside the company.
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
- Verify & post invoice journals
- Liaise with Sales, Accounting, Tax, and Director to facilitate the invoicing process
- Checking overdue invoices, maintain aging report, and handle cancellation of invoices
- Perform accounts reconciliation activities
- Perform month-end closing and assist with year-end closing
- Assist with financial audits
- Work on other initiative projects as needed to continuously improve and refine the internal process
Other:
- Ad-hoc support to the Accounting team, research, analysis and support decision making
- Learn about other areas of Tax & Accounting to gain knowledge

MUST HAVE
- Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- Fluent in both English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong willingness to learn a new accounting system (Odoo Accounting App)
- Ability to communicate with other teams

NICE TO HAVE
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Solution/analytical minded and highly rationale
- Familiar with AR collection process in the service industry
