As Account Receivable/Revenue, to collect the documents and prepares the Invoices/Debit Note for customers, send or mail them into correct given address until the whole sets are properly received.
To record and following up the SOA until they're paid within the period time given.
To make sure the journal, COA are properly fit the transaction.
To prepare the tax invoices.
Following up and reporting the taxation to the consultant as scheduled periodically.
The PIC is responsible for the filing of every data related to the invoice papers, taxes and transaction related to the taxes.
