As an Admin BBN Staff, your precision and discipline will play a key role in ensuring the seamless processing of vehicle legal documents—STNK, TNKB, BPKB, and Notis—across multiple branches. This role challenges you to juggle timelines, documentation flows, and cross-functional coordination. Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
Fresh graduates or minimum 1 year of experience in BBN vehicle administration.
Strong attention to detail and document handling discipline.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments and sub-dealers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.
Monitor and control document submission (gesekan, MAP, Internal Memo refund) from all branches.
Prepare, verify, and input vehicle-related data: faktur, SKUM, No. SUT & TPT, and connect to Samsat system.
Handle the full process of STNK, TNKB, BPKB, and Notis distribution, validation, and archiving.
Manage administrative filing, document tracking, and submission logs for both internal and external needs.
Coordinate with Finance for BBN/SKUM expense requests and BPKB submissions for Palembang/OI.
