What will you do:
- Dispatch background screening assignments based on workload analysis
- Manage data retention and secure destruction processes
- Act as scheduling support ("Buddy") during Field Coordinator's leave
- Monitor, recap, and communicate status of pending checks
- Publish background screening reports on designated deadline days
- Assist in compiling internal and external performance reports
- Handle incentive calculations for relevant team members
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Social Sciences, Management, or Business Administration)
- 1–2 years’ experience in administration, operations, or coordination roles
- Skilled in workflow coordination, task prioritization, and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and task management tools (e.g., Monday)
- Experience with databases, document management systems, and internal portals
- Knowledge of data retention, secure document handling, and ISO 27001/data privacy standards
- Familiarity with freelancer sourcing and coordination
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, independent, and able to coordinate across multiple departments
- High integrity and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
