We are hiring Administration for our multiple companies
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Experience in project administration is a plus
- Understand for administration and basic accounting.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and software (Xero)
- Able to operate Ms. Office
- Fluent in Indonesian and English both writing and verbal
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Handling petty cash.
- Input and reconcile on xero
- Compile and manage project administration documents
- Administer all information and data for conducting team discussion/meeting
