- Defining project objectives, requirements gathering, and resource allocation to meet business and operational needs.
- Identify and engage with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for Aggregator and OLT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with network architects and engineers to develop detailed design specifications for Aggregator and OLT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance to meet current and future network demands.
- Coordinate the deployment and installation of Aggregator and OLT equipment, overseeing site surveys, equipment staging, and installation activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Oversight and guidance during the implementation of Aggregator and OLT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving challenges to ensure successful deployment and integration into existing networks.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for Aggregator and OLT projects, tracking project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project budgets, and deliver results within scope, schedule, and quality constraints.
- Min 3-5 years experience in related field
- Have technical competencies in network deployment, aggregator and OLT technologies.
- Proficient in project management software, network design tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Certified in project management (e.g., PMP), telecommunications (e.g., CCNA), or network design (e.g., CCDP) is a plus.
- Willing to Work in Karawaci, Tangerang.
