Responsibilities:
- Assist Group Selling process (checking reimbursement documents and follow up to Sales Team)
- Review and checking submissions for settlement and reimbursement Business Trips from Sales Team
- Review and checking submissions for settlement and reimbursement related Agency Events
- Checking and compile LTI redemption form
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate/Final Year Student from related Major (Accounting/Finance/Management will be prioritized)
- Have good reviewing and budget calculation skills as a beginner.
- Thorough and detail in perform daily works.
- Able to operate Ms.Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Company will provide a personal laptop to support daily work.
