Responsibilities:
1. Perform administrative tasks (scan, print and file documents)
2. Recap data required for the basis of making Purchase Order.
3. Assist CFS Helpdesk in coordinating with related teams (receptionist, Office Boy and Security).
4. Assist with operational tasks:
- Preparing documents required for the extension of STNK to operational cars.
- Recording face recognition system
- Employee parking data
- Electricity usage calculation
- Recap data agreement in General Services
Requirements:
1. Excellence in verbal and written communication skills.
2. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Willing to do Full WFO (5x times a week) on Prudential Tower, South Jakarta.
4. Committed to do 6 months internship period.
