The Architect plays a key supporting role in the planning and monitoring of SID Hub construction projects. They assist in developing building standards, selecting appropriate facilities, and preparing project budgets. In addition, they oversee construction progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and align with functional and operational requirements. This role ensures that the built environment meets both the organization’s standards and the needs of its stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in designing the building standards for SID Hubs, including both interior and exterior aspects.
Support the selection of buildings that meet PT SID’s standards.
Help prepare budgeting for the construction projects of SID Hubs.
Monitor the construction progress of SID Hubs.
Ensure that the buildings are ready for use according to their intended function and purpose, based on the planned project timeline.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture or Interior Design
Minimum 1 year of experience in design-related fields
Experience in educational or school project design is preferred
Proficient in 2D and 3D design software
Good understanding of renovation and remodeling projects
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
