Job Description
The Assistant Director of Human Resources shall be responsible for providing guidance and support for the accomplishment of Hotel’s and individual department goals and objectives by recruiting, developing, motivating and maintaining a competent work force.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in an international class hotel or minimum 5 years’ experience in Training & Development
Oral and written fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Hotel operational background
Quality improvement related experience
University/Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Hotel Industry of related fields
Computer Literate
Statistical, analytical research skills
People-oriented
