Primary Responsibilities Include
- Act with heart in supporting employee wellbeing, addressing concerns, and upholding team spirit
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Coordinate and track employee training, workshops, and development programs
- Be Remarkable in planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR initiatives
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Assist in recruitment, interviews, and maintaining candidate databases
- Support audits, employee surveys, and the preparation of accurate HR reports
- Monitor employee areas and ensure staff facilities remain in excellent condition
Requirements
What you bring:
- Experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compensation & benefits, and HR systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills
- High attention to detail, strong planning, and time management abilities
- Proactive, energetic, and a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
- Indonesian citizen only
