The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the operational in overseeing the operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of F&B software systems (e.g., POS, inventory).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in food safety/hygiene is a plus.
