We are seeking an experienced Assistant Room Division Manager to join our team at AYANA Komodo. As the Assistant Room Division Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the overall management and operation of the room division department, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services. You will assist the Room Division Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.
Your duties will include supervising and training team members, managing room reservations and inventory, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as monitor department performance and make recommendations for improvement.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in hotel management software, such as Opera or PMS, is preferred.
