Job Description
- Recruit and train at least 10 active team members.
- Ensure alignment with company values and goals.
- Provide regular product and sales training.
- Monitor daily performance and provide feedback.
- Handle internal conflicts with HR support.
- Achieve a sales target of IDR 100,000,000 per month.
- Develop sales strategies and action plans for underperforming members.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department for promotions.
Requirement
- Minimum 1-3 year of proven experience in leadership, team management, sales, or marketing.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a sales team effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic online marketing is an added advantage.• Must possess own Laptop/PC for daily operations.
- Preferably female applicants with a proactive attitude and commitment to performance.• Must be an Indonesian Citizen (with valid identification).
