Job Requirement
- Fresh graduates in Communication, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication Design, Educational Technology
- Previous experience in internships, preferably in HR Employer Branding, People & Culture, Social media, or Event management.
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and initiative.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
Job Description
- Assist in planning and executing employer branding strategies and campaigns.
- Create engaging content (e.g., employee stories, video snippets, infographics) for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Support the management of career-related social media accounts.
- Assist in organizing internal and external events (career fairs, campus visits, employee engagement programs).
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect content for branding purposes.
- Create design & Content for Learning Management System
- Help track engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.
