- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to align with business goals.
- Oversee talent development, training, and leadership programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Ensure the organization has effective succession planning and career development frameworks.

- Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR needs and provide strategic HR solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role; or 3 years of experience at Division Head or GM level.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven experience in HR development, talent management, and training programs.
- Experience working in manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive HR initiatives.
