- Lead market and competitive research, particularly across the healthcare sector
- Develop financial models and perform valuation analysis for potential M&A and strategic transactions
- Source and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities (investments, joint ventures, partnerships)
- Support deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning
- Monitor trends in the healthcare and private equity landscape, with specific attention to key players
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (Finance, Economics, Business, Pharmacy, or Healthcare-related fields preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
- Strong research instincts and a genuine interest in healthcare companies and markets
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methods, and equity research
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Demonstrated ability to manage transactions end-to-end (deal sourcing to execution)
