Brand Manager
Location: Solo, Indonesia
Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
We are assisting our client, a nationwide restaurant chain based in Solo, in hiring a Brand Manager to lead and manage the branding efforts of the company and its product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand equity across multiple restaurant outlets and product categories.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure consistency across all marketing and customer touchpoints.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, product development, digital marketing) to align branding initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor brand performance, analyze market trends and customer insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand management, ideally within a restaurant chain or food & beverage retail business.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative skills, with hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the F&B industry.
