Brilian Future Leader Program

Through the Management Trainee program "BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP)", you have the opportunity to develop your full potential to become a future leader and contribute to building the nation together with BRI.

• Bachelor's (S1) or Master's (S2) degree from an accredited university

• Minimum GPA of 3.00 for Bachelor's graduates and 3.25 for Master's graduates

• Maximum age of 25 for Bachelor's graduates (must not turn 26 by June 30, 2025), and maximum age of 27 for Master's graduates (must not turn 28 by June 30, 2025)

• Willing to participate in all stages of the selection process

• Unmarried and willing to remain unmarried during the trainee period

• Willing to be placed in any BRI work unit

• Willing to sign an Agreement Letter with BRI if accepted as a BFLP BRI participant

• Willing to participate in all stages of the education and development program as a BFLP trainee
