- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT development team.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to understand business issues and propose IT solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
- Track and manage issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
- Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with .NET, Oracle, PHP, and other enterprise technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
