Requirement
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information System or related field.
2.Minimum 1 year of experience.
3.Experience with Java Springboot
4.Good understanding of RDBMS (PostgreSQL is preferred)
5.Good understanding of HTML, Bootstrap, Javascript, Ajax, JSON, REST API
6.Familiarity with Redis and Kafka is a plus.
7.Strong critical thinking and analytical skill, ability to analyze complex system.
8.Fluent in written and spoken English.
9.Able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
10.Have a desire and willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages.
11.Willing to work in shift schedule.

Job Responsibilities

1.Understand and analyze client's business processes with existing IT system and do monitoring, maintenance and improvements.
2.Understand and review existing code.
3.Conduct investigation of technical issues with available tools to find root cause.
4.Provide solution to client for the support request, along with ticket number obtained from ticketing system.
5.Generate day-to-day investigation report.
