We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships, client relations, and market expansion. This role will be pivotal in expanding brand reach and increasing profitability across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities (B2B and B2C).
- Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and identify trends.
- Create presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on brand campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Track business performance and report on sales metrics and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in hospitality, retail, or F&B.
- Background in handling sales, partnerships, or commercial growth strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and market awareness.
- Able to work independently and cross-functionally with other teams.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
