Our client in Insurance Tech is looking "Business Development Manager (Health and Wellness)" with the requirements below:
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new partners (hospitals, clinics, laboratories, other health support facilities) in accordance with company needs.
- Conduct negotiations with prospective partners regarding cooperation schemes, including tariff agreements, service coverage, SLA services, and other requirements.
- Compile and ensure all partnership agreements are in accordance with company policy, applicable regulations, and benefit both parties.
- Maintain relations both with the overall potential of prospective partners and partners who have collaborated to ensure the sustainability of cooperation and achievement of shared targets.
- Monitor the performance of each partnership regularly, collect data related to effectiveness, sales, and customer feedback to increase cooperation.
- Oversee the implementation of cooperation with partners and ensure that all parties comply with the agreement that has been made.
- Coordinate with the product, technology, marketing, legal, claims and other department teams to ensure the products provided and the process of cooperation with partners in accordance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Analyzing market data and industrial trends to identify new partnership opportunities that have the potential to support the company's business goals
- Identifying the needs of partners and designing insurance products that are appropriate for their target markets.
- Evaluate the performance of each partner periodically based on the achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and contributions to company income.
- Handling feedback, operational constraints in connection with partnerships with a solutive and data -based approach.
- Provide recommendations or further action on less productive partnerships, including the possibility of adjustment or termination of cooperation
- Collaborate with the customer service team to handle and resolve complaints related to products distributed by Mitra.
- Arranging custom products or special insurance packages for strategic partners, while still considering product competitiveness and profitability for the company.
- Identifying the needs of partners and designing insurance products that are appropriate for their target markets.
- Finding new ways to expand markets and increase product attractiveness through partners, such as technology integration, digital distribution channels, and others
- Strive for improving service quality for customers who use products through partners, by ensuring the smooth process of claims and other services.
Requirements:
- Has a background in the fields of insurance, business, health, management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of partnership provider, relationship management or business development related to the insurance or health industry or medical service providers.
- Having excellent communication, negotiation, data collection and problem solving capabilities.
- Can be placed in various areas in Indonesia in accordance with the company's development plan.
- Having the ability to work effectively individually with the orientation of results and long -term relationships.
