Our client, a one-stop health center, with services ranging from fitness programs and holistic treatments to personalised wellness plans, is currently seeking a Finance Director to join their dynamic and growing team.
The ideal candidate for the Finance Director position is a strategic and detail-oriented finance leader with strong experience in managing financial operations within dynamic, service-based industries. They possess a proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, with the ability to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA/CA) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of five years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least in a senior finance role (Finance Director, CFO, or equivalent), ideally within the wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting in a multi-departmental business environment.
- Proven experience in cash flow management, capital structure, and strategic financial planning.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, GAAP, tax compliance, and risk management practices.
- Demonstrated success in implementing scalable financial systems, controls, and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle); advanced Excel skills required.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities with a collaborative and strategic mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in entrepreneurial or growth-stage companies is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the long-term financial strategy in alignment with corporate goals and operational plans.
- Serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team, providing financial input to drive business decisions.
- Lead scenario modelling, forecasting, and stress-testing to assess strategic initiatives and business risks.
- Support strategic planning processes, including M&A analysis, joint ventures, new investments, and capital expenditure decisions.
- Drive the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to set realistic, data-driven budgets.
- Lead quarterly reforecasting processes and analyse deviations from budget, offering actionable insights.
- Consolidate corporate and subsidiary-level budgets for board and investor reporting.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Deliver monthly and quarterly management reports, highlighting trends, KPIs, variances, and financial performance metrics.
- Lead the development of dashboards and visualisation tools to monitor financial and operational performance in real time.
- Monitor and manage corporate cash flow, liquidity planning, and banking
- relationships.
- Optimise working capital across business units and implement efficient cash management processes.
- Oversee investment of excess funds and debt servicing schedules.
- Assess and advise on capital structure strategies, including equity and debt financing.
- Manage financing rounds, bank negotiations, investor due diligence, and debt covenant compliance.
- Prepare funding models and documentation for financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and statutory regulations at national and international levels.
- Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk management frameworks to minimise financial risks and fraud.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel for regulatory compliance and financial reporting accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Establish KPIs and performance goals across finance functions.
- Implement training, succession planning, and talent development strategies within the finance department.
