We are currently looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about architecture and has the drive to connect visionary design with potential clients. In this role, you won’t just be selling services — you’ll be representing a unique architectural identity rooted in culture and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage prospective clients — from inbound leads to successful project deals — using a strategic, consultative approach.
- Actively pursue and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to align client needs with architectural solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and manage client data for performance tracking and strategic planning.
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting the unique value of Balinese architectural design.
- Willing to travel domestically or internationally when required for business purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or Business Development role (experience in architecture or consulting is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outgoing personality, confident, client-oriented, and solution-driven.
- Target-oriented and highly self-motivated.
- Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Willing to travel for client meetings or project coordination when needed.
