Are you a strategic thinker with a proven track record in revenue management and e-commerce? One of Bali’s property management companies comprising modern-design apartments, lofts, and villa compounds, is seeking a Corporate Director of Revenue to lead their regional revenue strategy and drive sustainable growth across their property portfolio.
The ideal candidate will manage the company's revenue strategy, including pricing optimisation, distribution channel management, financial analysis, and cross-department coordination (Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Finance) to maximise total revenue across all managed properties.
Requirements :

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A Master's Degree (MBA or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum five years of senior-level experience in Revenue Management or Sales & Marketing, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or property industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimising distribution strategy across multiple properties or brands.
- Deep understanding of Revenue Management principles, pricing strategies, and demand forecasting.
- Strong command of digital sales strategy, e-commerce, and channel optimisation, including effective use of OTA platforms, direct booking engines, and global distribution systems (GDS).
- Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS), Revenue Management Systems (RMS), and advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, dashboards, trend analysis, financial forecasting).
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to translate data into actionable revenue decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in creating and delivering clear and compelling presentations and revenue reports.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-property environments and managing cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and continuously optimise comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximise revenue growth, profitability, and market share across all business units or properties.
- Analyse historical data, market trends, and business performance to guide strategic pricing decisions and revenue forecasts. Deliver actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
- Manage dynamic pricing models and ensure competitive rate positioning across all distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, direct booking platforms, etc.). Adjust pricing and availability in real-time based on demand, inventory, and market activity.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to align revenue goals with promotional campaigns, packages, and seasonal offerings. Ensure marketing initiatives are data-driven and revenue-centric.
- Oversee all e-commerce platforms, direct booking engines, and channel managers to ensure seamless system integration, high functionality, and optimised performance.
- Prepare and present periodic revenue and performance reports to senior management and the Board of Directors. Communicate insights, risks, and growth opportunities clearly and strategically.
- Leverage CRM tools, customer behavior data, and analytics to enhance segmentation, upselling, and retention strategies. Identify new revenue streams through customer insights.
- Drive adoption of innovative digital tools and automation in revenue and property management, including RMS, PMS, BI dashboards, and online pricing engines.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing training to Revenue and Reservations teams to ensure strong execution of yield and distribution strategies. Foster a high-performance culture rooted in data and results.
