Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and communicative Business Development to support our growth in the technology and/or distribution industry. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with users and business partners, especially those who communicate in Mandarin. Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is highly preferred, including the ability to deliver professional presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with users and business partners.
- Deliver clear, confident, and professional business presentations in Mandarin.
- Communicate effectively in spoken and written Mandarin for daily business interactions.
- Identify and support new business opportunities in the technology and/or distribution sectors.
- Assist in business negotiations, proposal development, and project coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement strategic business plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Chinese literature, Marketing or related fields.
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
- Open to recent graduates with strong communication and presentation skills (Mandarin).
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and highly motivated to grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience or internship in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with the technology and/or distribution industries.
- Experience working with Mandarin-speaking users or stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
