PT Elabram Systems is looking for Production Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) for our client in Packaging Manufacturing Industry for placement in Batang, Central Java with details below:
Job Description:
- Managing orders in progress on the Pulp Tray line
- Supervising the production process to ensure it follows SOPs and the schedule, meets quality standards, and is efficient
- Assisting in completing urgent orders
- Accompanying the factory manager (Chinese expatriate)
- Coordinating with the central company (Tangerang)
Requirement:
- Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
- Willing to work Monday - Saturday (Mon-Fri 08.00-16.15 & Sat 08.00-12.45)
- Placement in Batang, Central Java
- Minimum 2-4 years in Production, non-production experience will be considered if the candidate has worked in the field
- Preferably with experience in manufacturing
- Minimum education level of D3, but high school graduates may be considered if they have relevant experience
- A plus if the candidate is tech-savvy (familiar with the internet/technology)
