Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring daily production operations and ensure targets are achieved
- Monitor production processes and optimize efficiency
- Coordinate with related departments to resolve production issues
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals
- Overcoming problems that arise during the all process (trouble shooting)
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing plant as production supervisor
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical plant preferred
- People management experience is required
- Good communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills and agile mindset
