Job Description
- Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to and from prospective students who are looking for learning information about EF Adults through online channels (websites, social media or other media),
- Fulfilling the target of attending consultation invitations per month,
- Meet the target calls per day,
- Operating Sales force and Quiros systems for administration in the calling process
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum education equivalent to Diploma
- 1 year previous working experience as a call center / telemarketing
- Able to communicate using good and correct Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Willing to work in shifts and on Saturday
- Neat and clean appearance
